The Waterloo Road star has headed for sunnier climes with his 'dream girl'
Adam Thomas has told how he needs to be 'kinder' to himself after being seen smashing through a sweaty workout after ditching the UK. While parts of the country may be basking in some summer sun - finally - it appears the Waterloo Road star has headed for sunnier climes.
Alongside the post, Adam, who revealed last year that he'd been given an arthritis diagnosis after waking up 'every day since January' 2023 in pain, admitted it wasn't easy. And Adam was later seen being able to relax as he shared a sweet sun-kissed selfie of himself and his wife Caroline, alongside which he wrote in view of his one million followers: "Living the dream with my dream girl."
Earlier this week, the former soap star was seen was seen doing a bit of state tasting. Sharing a photo of a string of sauce bottles, Adam wrote; "When one of the jobs today was tasting every hot sauce on the market!! @ohmyglaze. I can' wait for you to see what we've been working on..."
