Gardening expert Alan Titchmarsh has shared a clever trick to stop slugs and snails from ruining plants. Fans are excited to try it out.
He posted a video on Instagram showing what he does - and while he talks about his Hosta plant, you can do the same thing with other potted plants. One plant lover explained: "I put Vaseline around the rim of the pots you must check the pot for slugs first otherwise you just trap them in with a great feast."
