In a touching twist, the beloved late Sarah Harding will take the lead vocals. These vocal tracks were uncovered in the Girls Aloud archive while collating content for their tour earlier in the year. The audience discovered that Ethan was diagnosed with Hurler Syndrome at just six months old, a rare condition affecting his growth, bones, hearing and vision.
Following a thunderous applause from the audience, a video featuring Ethan was shown on screen before returning to the live event, revealing the 16 year old dressed in his circus outfit.
