There will be live music from a pub courtyard, ice skating, Irish music and DJ takeovers
A town in Trafford is hosting a huge festival this Bank Holiday weekend featuring a bustling line-up of live music, family activities and food stalls including a special ‘taco takeover’.
READ MORE: Gorgeous Greater Manchester village has a river running through it, lovely walks, great pubs and top chippy Gin Can, also on Railway Street, will host a series of cocktail specials between 5pm and 9pm on Friday, with DJ sets from 8pm. Over at House Kitchen & Bar, on Goose Green, there will be live music and DJ takeovers all weekend long including Duality, Vini & The Mob, and No Filter.
The event will also feature an open mic night at Tavern on the Green, in Stamford New Road, on Sunday, as well as disco karaoke at the Station Hotel, on the same road, on Saturday and Sunday. The hotel will also host the grand final of its Station's Got Talent competition from 8pm on Friday.
