TikTok user @gooniedad shared a video of himself washing up, and it caused outrage among those across the pond because of one vital step that he was missing out
A British man faced criticism from Americans for his dishwashing technique, which they claim omits a crucial step.
She said: "They dip their dishes into a bin of hot soapy water." The man also shared he'd been given a "hard time" for keeping his "sauces in the cupboards" with people accusing him of doing it "on purpose". But again, he reiterated this is how it's "always been" for him. He shared: "But I can tell you now, the way that I wash up? It's been fine for me so far. I mean, I might give it a try, see if it makes a difference. But surely it just takes longer."
One wrote: "I wash mine without rinsing. I never tasted soap and never got ill from it. Will continue to wash in this manner." A woman fumed: "We don't all wash dishes like this."
