Brendan Rodgers is on the hunt for a new no. 1 with Joe Hart set to retire at the end of the Premiership season.
With Celtic looking for a new no. 1 this summer, they could do worse than look to the current Scotland keeper.
Joe Hart will be hanging up his gloves in the summer, leaving Brendan Rodgers on the hunt for a new pair of hands in goal. Rivals Rangers were in a similar scenario last year with Allan McGregor calling it a day. Despite most of his summer recruitment proving disastrous, Michael Beale pulled a rabbit out the hat in Jack Butland and Rodgers has been urged to look in the same market.
"It's a good shout," Ferguson told Go Radio. "I didn't think he had the best of games the other night against the Dutch. but he's certainly impressed me since he came into the international fold.
