The Anne Williams golf day will return for its 12th year in support of Sefton Baby Baskets
The Anne Williams Memorial Golf Day returns for its 12th year on Friday, July 5 as amateur golfers are set to tee off in the name of charity.
This year’s charity is Sefton Baby Baskets, an organization which aims to support struggling families with new baby essentials by providing a Moses basket full of everything they may need. Organiser Steve Martin believes this was the perfect charity to choose. “They’re so small and do such an amazing job to help families, struggling parents primarily in Liverpool, but if they also got a case from someone somewhere else and they’re willing to help them, they would.
Only 12 years in, the event has grown massively since it was first created via a Liverpool supporters forum.
