Carrick came from behind twice to beat Glentoran 3-2 at the Oval
A smiling Stuart King had the last laugh as his Carrick Rangers earned a superb 3-2 win over Glentoran at the Oval.
Carrick - and King - proved their character on Saturday with a spirited victory in East Belfast, coming out on top in a five-goal thriller on Mersey Street.They trailed twice in the game, but Danny Purkis and Curtis Allen got the goals to down their former club, with Glenrtoran's misery compounded by red cards for defender Patrick McClean and manager Warren Feeney.
"I have taken a lot of grief this week. Apparently I don't have a clue. Apparently my players are not good enough, but I am so proud of them today.
