Larian Studios has announced the Baldur's Gate 3 patch 7 release date window, scheduling it for September 2024, alongside modding toolkit.

The Baldur’s Gate 3 patch 7 release date is set for September 2024. There is currently no fixed date. Larian Studios had confirmed the Baldur’s Gate 3 patch 7 release date, alongside the confirmation of the official mod toolkit for the game. While we can expect the patch to launch in Autumn 2024, alpha testing for the modding toolkit begins today, with a beta test scheduled for July. Patch 7 will introduce new evil endings, more fixes, and quality-of-life improvements.

This release date has been confirmed by Larian in a community update. In the blog post, Larian said: “With the intention of working through your feedback throughout the summer, it will give us time to polish off Patch 7 ready for release in September”. It continues, “In the meantime, we still have plenty coming your way, including some anniversary extravagance as we look back on the months since release.
