Colin Young, well-known for his expertise on BBC One's Bargain Hunt, has opened up about how he inadvertently stepped into the world of auctioneering. Sharing a fascinating snippet from his past, he said: 'Simply the first job I saw in the newspaper was for 'manager's assistant' at The Bourne Auction Rooms.
' When it comes to leisure, this auction maestro has a unique view, stating bluntly: 'It generally takes me 15 to 20 minutes to get completely bored with 'free time''. He explained his restlessness further: 'I just cannot stay still for any longer. If I come home to an empty house I'll put on an album at full blast and live the moment.
