Bargain Hunt's star Eric Knowles provided a glimpse into his personal life away from the auction block, discussing his off-screen time with his wife.
In the wake of Tim Wonnacott's departure from Bargain Hunt, Knowles stepped up as one of the show's rotating hosts. He recounts the start of his journey with the programme: " came about after receiving a phone call from the commissioning editor at the BBC and who I have known for about ten years. We both hail from the North West so straight talking is the order of the day and she was convinced I would be perfect.
Delving into his leisure pursuits, he acknowledges the perspective of his spouse: "My wife would argue that there is never such a thing as free time but I do enjoy getting stuck into our garden."
