Andy and Seamus have now made a 'limoncello empire'
Two bartenders have turned their own creation into a successful business. Friends Andy Oyeneyin, 38, from Toxteth , and Seamus Sullivan, 26, from West Derby are managing directors of Zest, a Liverpool-based limoncello brand. The pair met when they were both working as cocktail bartenders in Miyagi, an Allerton restaurant that closed in 2019 .

It got to the point where so many people asked to buy a bottle, when the lockdown came we found an excuse to get out, jumping on our bikes to deliver bottles to drop off to people in the community. “Then customers were telling their friends and through word of mouth we got a bit of a following. That’s when we decided to make a business out of it.
