Senior Food Editor Samuel Goldsmith rustled up buffalo cauliflower wings without the need for a deep fat fryer in an ‘Air Fryer 101’. In an Instagram video, he said: “These dishes are all about bringing big flavour with minimal fuss. These are perfect for anyone who likes that buffalo kick but you want a vegetarian option.”
