BBC radio presenter Elise Evans has announced that she is leaving BBC Birmingham and Black Country radio after five years - thanking fans for their support in an emotional statement.
BBC Birmingham and Black Country radio's beloved presenter, Elise Evans, has shared a heartfelt goodbye with her fans on social media after five years of service.
In a post on X, she penned: "I'm leaving @bbcwm. What a mad 5 years! Highs and lows but got to work with some lovely folk and had some brill experiences. Time for some new adventures. Last show is 25th August and we're going out with a BANG! More info coming soon! For now, Radio WM - thnx 4 the memories x.."She also treated fans to a few throwback snaps from her time on the shows with celebs.
A PR representative chimed in: "Thank you for being so generous with the many, many guests I've pushed in your direction! Always appreciate your support. Look forward to seeing what you do next. Delighted that I will see you on the 25th! ".
