Struggling to stay warm at night with rising energy bills? This article offers practical and free tips from a sleep expert on how to combat the cold without turning on the heating.
We can't be the only ones struggling to keep warm at night right now, with temperatures set to be below freezing overnight in many parts of the country for the foreseeable. For extra warmth, change into some comfortable and warm thermal pyjamas right afterwards to help insulate and keep the heat in your body.” 2. If you’re going to bed with only a few items of clothing on, chances are you will wake up in the night shivering and wishing you wore more to bed, plus it will also make waking up easier if you wear warm pyjamas,' Martin say
