Boris Becker is set to be deported from the UK after being released from prison

The 55-year-old was understood to have been freed on Thursday morning after serving eight months for bankruptcy related offences.convicted in April of hiding £2.5 million-worth of assets and loans to avoid paying his debts. He was given a 30-month sentence. Becker qualifies for automatic deportation because he is a foreign national who is not thought to have British citizenship and has received a prison sentence of more than 12 months.
