The Climia Benidorm Hotel in Spain has introduced eight robots as part of their 'Hotel of the Future' pilot project - and one of them is a beer pourer
The Climia Benidorm Hotel is poised to make a revolutionary stride in the hospitality sector with its introduction of a squad of eight servile robots.
Company figurehead Isidro Fernandez has clarified that these automated additions aim not to supplant human employees but to supplement them, boosting overall effectiveness. Moreover, another automaton, doubling as a server, has the strength to transport as much as 60kg, clearing used tableware and cutlery to the kitchen as well as carrying meal orders straight to patrons' tables.
It seems robots are quickly becoming a common sight in workplaces, as evidenced by their recent deployment in an Amazon fulfillment centre in Nashville, Tennessee.
