Billy has two days lined up in Europe next year on Saturday, June 7, at Edinburgh's Scottish Gas Murrayfield, and Saturday, June 21, at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium. The upcoming shows will mark his first time performing in Scotland's capital for 46 years and Liverpool for 45 years. While a third fan had mixed emotions after finding out how much they would have to shell out to see the Uptown Girl performer.
But eager fans were left raging after the price of standing tickets went up from £150 face value to £355 within hours due to the huge demand. But while true fans lost out, ticket touts managed to bag the cheaper tickets earlier and immediately began listing them for resale at eye-watering prices of more than £1000 each.
But due price changes based on demand, she found herself stuck with a £700 bill and no way to pay her rent and says she's now seeking a refund. Fans have gone wild as a legendary 80s music star is set to return to the UK for two exclusive performances next year. Joel becomes the second artist to be confirmed to perform at Anfield in the summer of 2025, following the announcement that Dua Lipa.
