A bistro owner who opened her business just five months ago was left feeling distraught after she discovered her front windows had been smashed

Luliana, from Manchester, said: “It made me feel so unsafe and I was nearly crying on the phone to the police who told me it’s not an emergency. I was like, how can you say that? It is my business getting smashed, not yours. The lady who reported this crime to the police was told an officer would visit me and I have not seen the police once.“I want to know what I can do to avoid this happening again because I fear it will.
The stickers that were on the windows will have to be replaced which will cost her an extra £250. The cafe sells a variety of fresh meals including breakfast, lunch, bistro dishes and sweet treats.
