Another chance to secure tickets for Black Sabbath's final gig at Villa Park on July 5, 2025. After a record-breaking presale that sold out in 40 minutes, O2 Priority customers get their turn today. Here are some tips to navigate the Ticketmaster frenzy.
Another opportunity awaits Black Sabbath fans to secure tickets for the historic gig at Villa Park on Saturday, July 5, 2025. Yesterday, Tuesday, February 11, marked the first chance for fans to grab tickets for what's being hailed as 'the greatest heavy metal show ever'. However, the presale saw a frenzy of activity as tens of thousands of eager fans rushed to the Ticketmaster website. Every available seat within the presale sold out in a mere 40 minutes, leaving many disappointed.
Today, it's the turn of O2 Priority customers to have their shot at securing a ticket. Access to the presale opens at 10 am, and anticipation is high. Based on the intense demand witnessed yesterday, a few tips might prove helpful for those attempting to snag a ticket today. Firstly, logging into Ticketmaster now, well in advance of the presale, is crucial. A colleague who was just 30 seconds behind me in logging in yesterday ended up 20,000 places behind me in the queue. Secondly, it appears PayPal is Ticketmaster's preferred payment method, so logging into your PayPal account now could streamline the process when the time comes. Patience is key throughout the Ticketmaster experience. Avoid refreshing or fiddling with the page, as doing so could result in losing your place in the queue.Ticketmaster has also outlined a two-ticket rule. Attempting to purchase more than two tickets with the same credit card or using multiple devices could lead to all tickets being cancelled if detected. The first general access tickets for Black Sabbath's final gig were revealed yesterday, with Ticketmaster sharing prices ranging from £197.50 to £834 (including fees), with a per-order handling fee of £2.75. Please note that these prices do not include VIP package costs and are subject to availability. All profits from the concert will be equally distributed among Cure Parkinson's, the Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Acorn Children's Hospice. General tickets for the show are scheduled to go on sale on Friday, February 14, at 10 am. Before then, several presales will take place, including ones for Aston Villa season ticket holders, O2 Priority Customers, and the 'Download Family' group of fans of the Donington Park heavy metal festival
