Six fire appliances attended the incident on Tuesday night

A fire at an abandoned mill in Co Armagh is believed to have been 'deliberate ignition', according to the NI Fire and Rescue Service.

A NIFRS statement said: "2 Appliances from Banbridge Fire Station, 1 Appliance from Portadown Fire Station, 1 Appliance from Lurgan Fire Station, 1 Water Tanker from Warrenpoint Fire Station and 1 Aerial Appliance from Springfield Fire Station attended the incident. "Firefighters were called to reports of a fire in a derelict building in Glebe Hill Manor, Tandragee."The cause of the fire is believed to have been deliberate ignition and the incident was dealt with by 12.34am .

Sergeant Paul Stewart added: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I would appeal to anyone who may be able to assist with our investigation, particularly anyone with CCTV, dashcam or other relevant footage, to contact us on 101, quoting reference 1763 – 29/10/24.
