The Portadown man's family have asked for donations to be made to the Mourne Mountain Rescue Team
The body of a man recovered in the Mourne Mountains this week has been confirmed as missing Co Armagh man Gareth Prideaux.
The rescue team sent 12 members into the mountains near Annalong at around 7pm on Tuesday evening, October 24. The operation was stood down just after 11pm.Gareth was from Clendinning Way in Portadown, and his funeral notice states he was the beloved and devoted husband of Julie-Anne, and a treasured father of Ashton, Tom, and Jamie-Lee.
"Funeral service on Wednesday at 12.30pm in Thomas Street Methodist Church, followed by a private cremation.
