Isaac Brown was a ‘kind’ son, his family said A boy, 15, who was stabbed to death at a busy shopping centre on the outskirts of Birmingham has been named by police as Isaac Brown. The teenager was knifed at the New Square shopping centre in West Bromwich around 9.15pm yesterday evening. Officers arrested a teenager, 17, on suspicion of murder today and he remains in custody for questioning.
