MPs have warned labour shortages and price rises triggered by Brexit and the pandemic could leave the British food and farming industry permanently damaged. adavies4 reports.
The environment, food and rural affairs committee said crops had been left unpicked in fields while healthy pigs had been culled because there weren’t enough butchers.
