British Soap Awards 2023 announces full shortlist and broadcast change
Other public-voted categories – Best Villain, Best Young Performer and Best British Soap – retain the same number of nominees they had in the first round of voting.And British Soap Awards chiefs have confirmed a broadcast change for this year's ceremony, which will switch back to being pre-recorded rather than airing live on a Saturday night.
An official airdate will be announced at a later point, but the ceremony has been scheduled to air in"a pre-recorded midweek primetime slot". Phillip Schofield will be the host.
