Local reports suggest he is one of four people killed as Storm Nelson batters the Mediterranean country.

The man, who hasn’t been named but is thought to be aged around 50, was believed to have fallen from the end of a breakwater after going for a walk with his wife. It’s thought he was knocked off his feet by a rogue wave before hitting his head.
Three other people are reported to have died during Storm Nelson today in Spain, including a woman who fell into the sea in the port of Cudillero. A teenager, as well as a 30-year-old German man who got into difficulty trying to rescue the teen, drowned in the eastern coast city of Tarragona.
