Chocolate fans have been left gutted after finding out that individual bags of a popular treat from Cadbury has officially been discontinued.
Cadbury's owner, Mondelez International, confirmed the 14.4g party-bag favourites would be phased out of shops due to "changing consumer tastes and trends." Its not all bad news, as they will still be available in multi-packs and larger family-sized giants buttons bags, reports BirminghamLive. He went on to explain that the decision to axe the fan-favourite without an official announcement would cause "public outcry."
"Consumer tastes and trends do change over the years and our dedicated Research & Development Teams are always working hard to delight our consumers with a varied range with seasonal favourites and new exciting ideas."
