Asian Tandoori have again been recognised for their award-winning food after being named Takeaway of The Year Central and Highly Recommended restaurant in Glasgow.
A curry house and takeaway in Cambuslang has snapped up a double win at the Food Awards Scotland 2023.
The Main Street eatery was awarded 'Takeaway of The Year Central' and 'Highly Recommended' restaurant at the event which celebrated the best food Scotland has to offer.READ MORE: Major 'superstar' spotted at Glasgow Indian restaurant after sold out concert "We have been in Cambuslang for 14 years and are trying our best to do what we can and provide the local community with good food."I’m the chef there and cook food all day, you eat your own food and don’t realise it yourself. When someone else has had it, they think it’s amazing. It’s great to get that recognition that we are making some good food and it is award-winning.
"Cambuslang is a small place where everybody knows each other. It’s all because of the loyalty of customers, it’s them who have pushed us forward and given us the custom and votes."
