Fire crews were in attendance
Emergency services have attended the scene of a road incident tonight in which a car crashed into an off-licence.
The accident happened at around 7pm at the front of the Winemark store at the Ashbury Shopping Centre complex on Ashbury Avenue in Bangor, Co Down. Images from the scene on Thursday, July 4, showed a metallic blue Vauxhall Corsa embedded in the front of the shop. Pictures from inside the off-licence showed the car halfway inside with beer scattered across the floor. Extensive damage was visible to the window frames of the building.
