A car has crashed into a house in Telford and paramedics are on the scene.
The saloon car hit a semi-detached house off the B5061 Holyhead Road in Ketley at around 10.30am on Sunday and did significant damage to the corner of the house.
999 calls were made and the Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service , West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police all attended. Three fire engines were sent from Telford Central and Wellington stations. Police have closed Holyhead Road from the roundabout with Mossey Green Way and Wombridge Way.
Su Jay, who works at a Shell garage near the house, told the Shropshire Star:"I didn't see anything, I just heard the car go into the house. Police and ambulance are still there.A statement from the SFRS said:"Saloon vehicle involved in collision with domestic building which has sustained severe damage. Crews have isolated external gas supply and no further action can be taken by crews until electrics and internal gas isolated to property by utilities companies.
