Cast will support Oasis on their UK and Ireland tour later this year

'This young lad came up to me and asked me for a ciggy; it was 16-year-old Liam'. That's John Power, recalling meeting Liam Gallagher for the first time. Cast, the Britpop band which Allerton-raised Power founded after leaving The La's in 1991, will join Oasis on their UK and Ireland reunion tour this year, having famously supported Oasis at their record-breaking Knebworth show in 1996 .
