Cat Deeley , co-host of ITV's daytime show This Morning , has responded to the intense criticism she's received over her role and the programme's viewing figures.
The show was embroiled in controversy following the departure of Phillip Schofield, who left in May 2023 after more than two decades on the show. His co-host Holly Willoughby also exited This Morning a few months later. Cat Deeley has opened up about the intense scrutiny she faces alongside her co-host Ben, saying: "Ben will make a joke and it will be, like, 'He snapped at her! '".
She expressed enjoyment of her time on the show, "It was great fun," but remained non-committal about the future: "but we don't know what's going to happen."
