Celtic hero Neil Lennon on his Scottish job offers as he details Olympiacos near miss
Neil Lennon has revealed he's had offers to manage in Scotland as he detailed how close he was to landing the Olympiacos job.
Lennon - who tasted trophy success at Celtic across his two spells - also managed Hibs in Scotland and has recently been doing media work as he awaits his next opportunity to return to the dugout. The 52-year-old isn't shy to go abroad and try new opportunities as his Omonia stint shows and he was on the final shortlist to land a huge job in Greece but lost out on Olympiacos at the final hurdle.
"I know the environment inside out. When you’ve done it for so long here and you’ve reached the top of the mountain, you start looking at other mountains to go and climb."
