After nearly a decade of being America’s favorite fast food chain, Chick-fil-A has dropped to No. 3, according to USA Today’s annual Reader’s Choice survey.
ATLANTA -- For nearly a decade, Chick-fil-A has reigned as America’s favorite fast food chain, but a report says a different spot bumped the restaurant down the ladder.
The fast food restaurant known for its chicken is now the country’s third most popular fast food chain, according to. Chick-fil-A started as a small business in Georgia in 1946. The restaurant’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta’s Greenbriar Shopping Center. Truett’s family still holds leadership roles within the company today.
