NSW Police have revealed more details about a 'horrific' stabbing incident in Sydney's south, that left a three-year-old child dead and a 45-year-old man with serious injuries.
Emergency services were called to a unit complex in the southern Sydney suburb of Riverwood about 4pm in relation to a “concern for welfare incident".
