A former worker in a home for vulnerable children has been convicted of a string of child sex offences. A court heard that Kevin Cooper-Shaw worked at the care home in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, between April 2018 and October 2021 where he was tasked with safeguarding and caring for vulnerable children and young people.
Police were alerted in November 2021 and when Cooper-Shaw was arrested detectives reviewed his devices, and found him to be in possession of a number of indecent images of children.
