Fans have praised Christine McGuinness for being "stunning and inspirational" after she shared a video showing off her gruelling fitness regime.
The Blackpool-born model shared a clip with her 713,000 Instagram followers in which she can be seen pushing a heavy weight along a mat and doing a headstand. Other images in the video show her standing in front of a mirror and putting her hair in a bobble while in the gym. Followers were quick to show their admiration. One said "stunning and an inspiration Christine" while another added "you are simply amazing inside and out".Christine, 35, and Top Gear host Paddy McGuinness were married for 11 years before they called time on their relationship in 2022. In a joint statement at the time of their split the couple: "We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship.
Continuing the announcement, which was shared on Instagram, the pair said they will continue to "live happily in our family home together". The former couple shares children Penelope, Felicity and Leo - who have all been diagnosed with autism. With their children's autism Christine and Paddy feel it's best to provide them with a stable routine in the same house. "We want to keep things the same as much as possible for the children, I don't want anything to affect them," Christine has previously said. "We are family and we'll always be family no matter what and we're living in a nice, happy home."
