Movies24 and Movies24+ are reverting back to their original programming after a festive season as Christmas24 and Christmas24+.
TWO channels will disappear from Sky and Virgin Media very soon marking the first big shake-up of the TV guide for 2025.Movies24 and Movies24+ became Christmas24 and Christmas24+ respectively at the end of last year, showing festive movies. But now Christmas is over and the decorations are starting to come down, the channels are switching back.
Sky & Virgin customers warned MORE channel closures 'inevitable' next year So anyone that's still feeling in the festive mood, Sunday is your last chance to catch a cheesy Christmas24 movie. The first non-Christmas related item on the schedule for Movies24 is Groundswell, a rom-com that starts bright and early at 7am. TV guide, Christmas24+ will offer two final chances to catch their seasonal content on Monday morning, with A Christmas In New Hope, followed by Three Wise Men And A Baby before the non-Christmas content kickstarts once again.This includes Great! Xmas, Great! Xmas HD, Great! Xmas+1 and That's Christmas.These will revert back to Great! Romance, Great! Romance HD, Great! Romance+1 and That's TV 3 respectively.Sky Drama shifts from 310 to 302, while Sky Hits fills 303
