Porridge star Christopher Biggins has shared how he lost a remarkable amount of weight after giving up one everyday drink
Former I'm A Celeb winner Christopher Biggins has revealed how he managed to shift a staggering amount of weight after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
He said: "“When you’re diagnosed you of course don’t realise that sugar is everywhere. I used to drink fresh orange juice in the morning, which is like drinking two pounds of sugar. Now I drink coconut water, and I don’t get cravings." Christopher told Diabetes.co.uk that he has a friend who pays "minimal attention" to the foods he eats, claiming he rejects changing his diet because his "motivation isn’t there".
