Who needs a Peloton when we have CindyCrawford's home workout?
, her mother Cindy Crawford is taking a different approach: sharing the endorphin-boosting home workouts she developed during her modelling heyday with celebrity trainer Radu.
The 52-year-old took to Instagram on 1 May to post a 10-minute clip from her best-selling 1992 VHS tape,. “While we’re all home and trying to keep up with FaceTime workouts, I figured this might be a good time to bring all of my videos out of the archives…” Crawford wrote. “I still love Radu’s philosophy of working with what you have and pushing yourself. Once a week, I’ll be posting an IGTV that you can follow along with. I decided to kick off the series with the #DenimShortsWorkout challenge.
The supermodel warms up with neck rolls and trunk circles as Seal’s “Crazy” plays in the background – before moving on to hardcore lunges, push-ups, and crunches. Even more remarkable than her fitness level? Her classic all-American outfit. Instead of a leotard and leggings, Crawford wears a white crop top and denim cut offs to exercise – ditching sneakers altogether and going barefoot instead.
