CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio - Cleveland Heights ’ new traffic-calming program is bringing in new temporary roundabouts.
She told 19 News people rarely stop completely at the four-way intersection, and she found out about the city’s plan to fix that from a flyer. Phillips says her concern is that the intersection is too small for the city’s solution and it could confuse some people.
