Coleen Nolan has revealed her effortless weight loss secret after shedding 2st without even trying, thanks to a simple diet plan. Weight loss can be challenging, particularly during and post-menopause when hormone levels dip.
In a chat with Bella magazine, she expressed: "I feel much better than I've ever felt. I've changed my diet and had my teeth done, which I just love, I can't stop smiling."She also said that she "probably dropped a couple of stone" while adhering to the diet, inspired by her daughter's plant-based lifestyle, reports the Express. Before her weight loss, Coleen confessed that her health was a concern.
Healthline said: "Vegans tend to be thinner and have a lower body mass index than non-vegans. This might explain why an increasing amount of people turn to vegan diets as a way to lose weight." One celebrity who has followed a plant-based diet in recent years is Simon Cowell who explained how he turned to almond milk and cut out yoghurt. Healthline states almond milk is a great source of vitamin A and vitamin D as well as having the same amount of protein as cows milk.
