Cops are hunting for a group of thugs after a teenager was attacked on a busy Glasgow street.
The incident took place on Sauchiehall Street near its junction with Hope Street at around 2.30am on Sunday, May 5.
During the ordeal, a 17-year-old boy was approached by a group of men and women - aged around 18 to 20 years old.READ MORE: Police issue update after 'disturbance involving weapon' on busy streetNow, cops have launched a search for the culprits.Officers say they were all white and spoke with local accents.The other man was wearing a grey jacket with a white Palm Angels t-shirt.
Detective Constable Matthew McCann said: “We are appealing to any members of the public who were in the area at the time of the incident who can help with our ongoing enquiries.added:"Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0481 of Sunday, May 5, 2024, or make a call anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
