Police are urging people to avoid the area
Househillmuir Road in the city's Priesthill has been sealed off by emergency services this afternoon.Now the force has revealed that they have received a report of a possible ordnance item.
A spokesperson said:"Househillmuir Road, between number 386 and the junction with Dunside Drive, in the Pollok area of Glasgow is currently closed following a report of a possible ordnance item being found.
