It has been revealed that Joel's downfall is imminent as his fiancee Dee-Dee Bailey, played by Channique Sterling-Brown, starts to question his lies and discovers that Joel is the father of baby Frankie. With news of Calum's departure from his role as Joel, fans think that Joel will leave Weatherfield during the soap's "super soap week", typically held in October, reports the Manchester Evening News.
