Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver appeared on Thursday's afternoon Loose Women and opened up on suffering from a "really bad year" after being rushed to hospital for emergency surgery then ending up in intensive care.
The ITV soap star opened up her recent weight loss journey after she decided to give up alcohol, before she shared with the panellists her recent health scare, reports the Mirror. Speaking about her ordeal, she said: "I had a really bad year. I had a hysterectomy in March. Then a few weeks ago, I ended up in A&E, I don't need to go into details, but it was a scary scary time. I had surgery and ended up in intensive care. There is no diet, there are no gummies. These companies pray on vulnerable people all the time."
