Cause of Death coroner Dr James Adeley lifts lid on 'most unusual' case of body in beer garden
One of Lancashire's most senior coroners has lifted the lid on some of the most unusual cases he's come across in a new Channel 5 series.
His body was without a mobile phone, leading the team to source further methods to identify him. The police issued a press release describing him and his personal features and off the back of this, they received a call from John's wife, Caroline Alami-Hutton, stating her husband was missing. However, the mystery of why John had been found without a T-shirt was rather unusual for the Coroner. It appeared a fatal combination of two drugs had caused what is known as 'serotonin syndrome' in John.
