Coronation Street fans believe they have figured out who is responsible for the death of DS Lisa Swain's wife, Becky - and it appears to be a familiar face from the well-known street.
Recently, DS Swain and Betsy have been at the centre of the ITV soap's storyline involving Joel Deering . Joel, a corrupt solicitor with a past of abusing and grooming young girls, was killed in September after his crimes were finally brought to light. However, last week it was revealed that Joel's killer was Lauren Bolton - a victim of his abuse and grooming who he impregnated, with Lauren now being a mother to Frankie.
However, her mood took a drastic turn when Betsy reminded her that it was Becky's birthday, which Lisa had clearly forgotten. Overcome with guilt, Lisa headed to the Rovers Return to drown her sorrows.
