Roy made a brutal decision that fans think has ruined one of the 'best things' about the ITV soap
Coronation Street fans have been left heartbroken and have asked soap bosses 'what have you done' as one of the ITV soap's much-loved friendships appears to be over.

Roy quickly became DS Lisa Swain's prime suspect after it emerged he was the last person to see her alive and his fingerprints were then found on a condom wrapper in the flat after he misguidedly gave it a deep clean to help sub-letter Evelyn Plummer.
But during Monday night's episode of Corrie, there was more concert for a stressed Roy as he was found collapsed in his cell as he desperately tried to figure out the reason for his visions of an exchange in the cafe between Lauren and Max Turner. Roy said: "I feel very uncomfortable and I'd rather you didn't visit me again, in fact as far as I'm concerned, this is the end of our friendship" to which an upset Carla replied: "Roy, no, you don't mean that!" However, Roy added: "I'm afraid I do, now, I'd like you to go... I really need to rest" and as he put his head back and closed his eyes, Carla was left in tears.
