A leading county councillor says he will not be resigning in a row over the 'illegal' felling of an English oak tree in Shrewsbury.During an interview with BBC Radio Shropshire, Councillor Morris accused Councillor Bentick of"self-promotion" in picking up what he called a “technicality”.
